Thank you Mr. Mbonyingingo for reminding the world, that the Tutsi communities were targeted in Burundi, the same way they were in Rwanda. These is the sort of papers that are needed to describe objectively the genocide issue in Burundi.
Having read these excerpts of your paper, I hope that, from now on, it will be clear enough for anyone to understand the sad, paradoxical situation of the Great Lakes region. In Burundi, the country is ruled by the group that called for, and caried out the genocide of the Tutsi, whereas in neighbouring Rwanda, the incumbent regime's legitimacy originates chiefly from their pledge to fight the genocide ideology.
